First of all, it tracks in 3 dimensional space, not just 2 planes. Not to mention advanced voice and face recognition. It really is on a whole new level.
The extreme ps3 fanboys on this site are some of the biggest hypocrites ever. Sales don't matter, only when the PS3 is losing.
It's all "we don't play sales" ..until the ps3 generates a little more net revenue for one publisher and then it is suddenly "look how mighty the ps3 is".
Nobody is claiming 4 discs "is better" than 1 disc. People are just saying that it is effectively a non-issue. Lots of other factors are more important when deciding which version to get.
Oh please, you guys are so f-n delusional. The two versions are going to be more or less the same. If anything the 360 version is going to look better than the PS3 version, just like most games. I have both consoles and I am still going to get this for the 360. Taking 10 seconds to change a disc every 10 hours of gameplay is a NON-ISSUE.
Everybody knew it was BS from the beginning. Fanboys were just trying to make a fuss about nothing at all. The game is still in development and is going to go through lots of changes as the developer dials in the right balance. What we do know is that FF13 looks far better than any other JRPG to come out this generation.
Bioshock 2 will look better than Bioshock. The first game came out on the 360 and PC and looked great. Then they did a port to the PS3 and it didn't look quite as good. But Bioshock 2 is being developed on all 3 platforms simultaneously. We already saw a screenshot comparison and Bioshock 2 looked better than Bioshock.
Even today multiplats aren't "pretty much identical". I've compared quite a few recent games and the 360 is still coming out ahead. Recent comparisons and face offs from Digital Foundry, Lens of Truth and others show the same thing. But never mind, you guys will just deny it to the ends of the earth.
360 didn't do sh*t to Final Fantasy XIII. Only delusional PS3 fanboys that don't have clue about game development think that.
Actually, the 360 came out a year earlier than the PS3 and it still has better graphics on the vast majority of games.

It all comes down to the all-important software and services that a console offers. I prefer the 360 because I think it has the best software and services.
I always properly shut down my 360, but I still think this is a nice feature to have for those times when you find yourself needing it. I love these updates. Keep them coming Microsoft.

The undeniable truth is, the 360 has more highly rated exclusives and other games than the PS3 does. According to metacritic the 360 has 20 games rated 90 or higher, while the PS3 only has 12. That's nearly twice as many! Has the 360 been out twice ...

You just listed a bunch of games that aren't even sure to come out this year or are only coming out in Japan.
The reality is the 360 has Halo 3 ODST, Forza 3, Left4Dead 2 and some other lesser exclusives and downloadable content. The PS3 has Uncharted 2, Ratchet & Clank ACIT, Demon's Souls and some other lesser games and downloadable content. I'd say the 360 wins. Not that the PS3 lineup is bad--hey, I am getting Uncharted 2 and maybe even Demon's S...
All of this is rampant speculation. Even if it all came true, it would be foolish to think Microsoft would just sit back on their laurels. My personal prediction is that the 360 will see greater hardware and software sales than the PS3 this holiday season. But hey, I might be wrong. We just don't know how things are going to turn out yet. Too many unknowns.
When this game comes out and is proven to look better on the 360 and when Versus comes out exclusively on the PS3 and looks no better I wonder if PS3 fanboys will take back all this nonsense they are spewing. Probably not. They will just move on to the next thing to lie about.

Some people, like me, don't like the space their games take up and would love to have part of their library of games on the hard drive where they can be played more conveniently.
